Description Trogon Lodge

The Trogon Lodge is a farm of 105 acres, located in San Gerardo de Dota near Cerro de la Muerte, Costa Rica's second highest peak and on the way to the Southern area of Corcovado National Park. You will be amazed by the marvelous views you will experience on your way to Trogon Lodge; during the two hours trip from San Jose you will observe peaceful landscapes surrounded by mountains, enveloped in mist, green vegetation and, on clear days, general overviews of the Cartago Province and Valley. Trogon Lodge sits amidst dazzling flowers, where centennial oak trees show their impressive roots, at an altitude of 7000 ft above sea level, surrounded by the unspoiled ecology of the area.
