By bus:
From San Jose, 5 buses leave daily from the coca-cola bus terminal (7:30am, 10:30am, 1:00pm, 3:30pm and 6:30pm).
From Puntarenas, 4 buses leave daily at 5:00am, 11:00am, 2:30pm and 4:30pm.
By car:
From San Jose, take the Panamerican Highway #1 North towards San Ramon / Puntarenas. Keep driving on the highway north until the first main exit on your right which has a sign that says: Atenas, Orotina, Jaco, Quepos. Take that exit and turn left immediately at the stop sign. Crossover the highway and continue towards Atenas, follow the signs to Jaco and Quepos / Manuel Antonio National Park.
Shuttle Service:
Interbus provides an efficient and economic shuttle service from the Central Valley (San Jose) to Jaco and on the Manuel Antonio. A reservation is needed 72-hour in advance!
